We have supported reconstruction of the burnt part of the Centre for Blind Children in Laski with 20.000 PLN. Two months ago, on November 18, 2007, fire has consumed a large part of the centre?s roof and some of its class rooms. Also much of the equipment has been destroyed or damaged at the time. Edukacja Polska S.A. decided to join in efforts to rebuild the school.

On January 14, 2008, there was a special performance of ?Klimakterium... i już? (?Climacteric? and that?s all?) in our friendly theatre Rampa. Actors and management transferred all the profits from that event to the Laski Association for Care of the Blind. After the performance, a representative of our company gave the symbolic cheque for 20.000 PLN to the Laski Association.
There is a motto ?We help understand? that lies behind our mission. But if we ponder these words as referred to blind children, they gain a newer and deeper meaning. Small patients of Laski deserve special support from all good-hearted people. We have the honour to become a part of this benevolent circle and thus meet values that guide our work.
