Paweł Bernas - Chairman of the Board

Born 18.09.1957 in Łódź, a graduate of Politechnika Łódzka in electrical engineering, with specialization in electric lightning. Started working as a probationer and then an electric works specialist in Ceramic Tiles Manufactory in Opoczno. In 1982-84, he worked on the position of chief electrical engineer in Ceramic Tiles Production Plant in Skrzyńsk n. Przysucha, managing the electric and hydraulic departments (80 employees).
Moved to Warsaw in 1985 where he took up the following jobs: Preisler Inter Buildex, assistant manager and later on manager, Construction International, electric works specialist. Starting from 1984, he ran, acting as the owner's proxy, the Solara company. In 1989 he established his own business on the market of educational toys and aids. Owner and chairman of the Elbox company since 1994. Nowadays he is the majority shareholder and Chairman of the Board of Edukacja Polska S.A.
