Entitled to represent the company, the Chairman of the Board of Edukacja Polska Spółka Akcyjna, seated in Marki, hereby informs that by the decision of the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Economic Division of the National Judicial Registry, dated May 28, 2007, Elbox Bernas Spółka Jawna has been transformed into Edukacja Polska Spółka Akcyjna.
